Daria Langenberger brings a 10 year experience in market and business development in the Renewable Energy Sector. Her experience embraces all areas of business development: market analysis, market entry strategies and the operative market entry as well as development of operational and strategic partnerships. This includes both cooperation with the different business stakeholders and public agencies.

Being active in the Renewable Energy Sector since 2005 she acquired in depth know how of photovoltaic energy. The main areas of expertise are development and regulatory aspects for large scale projects as well as market segmentation, sales channels and regulatory for distributed generation.

Daria has proven her intercultural management competencies while working in Germany, Greece, Brazil and Spain, Italy and Bulgaria.

Daria holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Siences Muenster (Germany) and FAE Business School (Brasil).

Paulo Lessa has 15 years of professional experience in project management in the fields of internationalization, sales, IT, services and events, both in large international companies and startups in Brazil, Germany, Italy, France and Greece.

His track record includes the development of the Standard for Project Management at Spaipa/Coca-Cola in Brazil (SQCC global program); project management for one of Germany's largest renewable energy companies during its expansion to Italy, France and Greece; as well as several IT related projects contribution, from SAP modules implementation to Sales Force Automation.

Paulo holds a graduate degree in Economics from the Fundação de Estudos Sociais do Paraná (Brazil). As an economist, always up-to-date with the political and economic scenario in Brazil, he can add relevant insights about opportunities and threats in a given market during decision and risk analysis phase of a project.

He is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) since 2008.

Currently he is expanding his knowledge in Risk and Decision Analysis at Stanford University, USA.
